So, Battlestar Galactica returns on 16.Jan. As many times as the series has disappointed me, that's only because I have deservedly high expectations for it. I've invested far too much time not to see it to the end, although I'm not looking forward to efforts to convince me who the "Fifth Cylon" is. Spoilers in comments, as usual.
Let's kick it off with this.

I still think Gaeta as the Fif Cylon fits the best, but it would kind of be like Rob Schneider proclaiming himself the Second Coming of Christ. I just wouldn't care. So I hope it's someone else.

ReplyDeleteSo I watched all the webisodes, and unlike the preceding season's web teasers they failed to get me jazzed for Friday. Then I realized that I had no idea what to expect from the next season, so I watched the trailer Bob linked above.
ReplyDeleteI'm back on board because the silly truce looks to be over, and at least some of the Shameful Secrets that have been plaguing Gaeta (and others) involve Tom Zarek, whose role in New Caprica has been (IMO) criminally unexplored.
